Former intelligence officer Jeffrey Prather shared intel reports with Health Ranger Mike Adams regarding the dirty bomb allegedly being produced by two Ukrainian organizations.
Prather said there are currently two schools of thought on the alleged production of the radiological dispersal device: First, there will be a lot of nuclear saber-rattling; second, there’s going to be a peace deal right before the November midterm elections.
“Kind of like what [former President Barack] Obama was trying to do with Benghazi, which we all know how that ended up. Because they don’t understand violence and tactics,” he told Adams during his guest appearance on the “Health Ranger Report” podcast.
Russian Chemical and Biological Protection Troops Lieutenant-General Igor Kirillov told reporters that the dirty bomb is nearing its completion. (Related: Two Ukrainian firms caught building dirty bomb – media blackout.)
Another intelligence report is saying that the Russians have already intercepted the small nuke. “If you set off a small nuke in a city, it’s not the end of the world. The buildings in cities contain a lot of radiation or it may have been set off underground as well as a neutron bomb,” Prather said.
“I think their plans have been upset because the intelligence that the Russians have come out with is so much more accurate than the lies that our own government is putting out.”
Adams commented that if the bomb was not intercepted, it could have given the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) the pretext it needed to justify moving into Ukraine with American troops, citing the 101st Airborne Division that is in Romania and is within airdrop distance to Odesa – Ukraine’s major seaport and transport hub.
“Wouldn’t this be a propaganda justification to try to gain public support for the actions that NATO wishes to take if it’s not effective as a war tactic or a war weapon?” Adams asked.
Prather agreed, but added that the propaganda to build support would fail. Moreover, Prather pointed out that some of his fellow veterans did not even allow their children and grandchildren to enlist in the military and go to Ukraine.
“There’s no support for that at all. So I don’t think even the propaganda justification would work, even if it happens. It would be ineffective either way,” he said.
Adams and Prather both believe that the “planned propaganda” is leading toward the disruption of the November midterm elections.
“They are tying it back to the nuclear threat in Ukraine, playing out some kind of nuclear crisis so they could shut down elections, just like what they did with the ‘plandemic,'” Prather said.
The former intelligence officer added that there is going to be cheating during the midterms.
“On the Left, it has gotten kinetically violent and sporadic, but they’re building the ability to have violence. That’s going to lead to more inflection points and flash points. That’s where they start to lose control of everything. So, there are places where the resistance will surface,” he said.
He predicted that there will be victories in some areas for the Democrats, but they are not going to control all the swing states because the plans that they’re locked into continue to fail.
